What is this position about?  

You will be working with a diverse team composed of talented Engineers immersed in the area of private investment banking. 

The position involves working with the team to ensure collaboration and provide avant-garde solutions. As a Senior Software Architect, you will be expected to define architecture guidelines, apply your knowledge in .NET and React.js to review code, guide the software development team, work autonomously and be familiar with clean and maintainable code standards. You’ll tackle a variety of problems and are expected to put your own best ideas to work in an entrepreneurial environment.

You may work 100% remotely if you are currently living in LATAM, or you can always join us at the office! 

Job Description

• Development of web applications using React and .NET 

• Application deployment and Terraform orchestration. 

• Guide the software development process through high-level decision making. 

• Able to perform code reviews and ensure clean code based on client requirements. 

• Work together with internal business partners to identify and implement improvements.

• Manage the design, development, and implementation of software solutions. 

• Follow scalable architectural practices to build fault-tolerant distributed systems. 

• Promote, implement, and evolve development best practices. 

Qualifications

• Studies in Computer Science or equivalent. 

• Proficiency in C#/.NET and React. 

• Knowledge of AWS is a must. 

• Familiarity with DevOps tools (Terraform, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines) among others. 

• Extensive experience with SQL or relational databases with Snowflake being a plus. 

• Groovy is a plus 

• The ability to review code successfully to make projects come to term. 

• Able to collaborate effectively with others as well as perform tasks autonomously. 

What about languages? 

You will need excellent written and verbal English for clear and effective communication with the team. 

How much experience must I have? 

In order to thrive in this role, you must have at least 5 years as a Software Architect working especially with .NET and React.
